Please note: due to a high volume of orders and social distancing requirements in our warehouse, please allow 4-5 business days for despatch.
Even though we are a Melbourne-run business – thankfully we are not affected by the Stage 4 restrictions, as we ship from our Sydney warehouse.
Pre-orders
Items marked as 'pre-order' will ship from the end of October. We will ship the full order together – orders will not be split.
If you require available items to be shipped before pre-orders, please place separate orders.
Please take note of contactless delivery
Please note due to government regulations there are changes in the way our parcels are delivered:
- All deliveries will now be considered "authority to leave" if you are not home. The drivers will ring the doorbell but apply a distance of approximately 2m from the front door and not request a physical signature.
- Please ensure the driver has access to your property (gate open) and there is a SAFE place to leave the parcel.
- In the case the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the parcel will be taken to a respective collection point (depot, Post Office, 7/11, etc) for you to collect.
- Please note, if there is no available collection point due to closures your parcel will be returned to sender after 2 attempted deliveries. If you do not collect your parcel, it will also be returned to sender.
- Australia Post and Couriers Please will be taking photographs of all parcels delivered in the above way.

- Sydney Metro, NSW - 7-14 business days
- Melb Metro, VIC-Regional, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT – 14-28 business days
- International – 14-28 business days

Domestic parcels are sent via courier service (Couriers Please) or Australia Post, with prices starting from $10 (orders under 5kgs).
Please note: signature on delivery is required. If you enter Authority to Leave in the notes during checkout, we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $120*. The discount is available at checkout.

International
International parcels are shipped either Couriers Please or Australia Post. Shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days for international destinations. However please allow longer due to current COVID impacts.
