Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are a non-returnable item.

Faulty?

When you receive your items please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.

If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.

The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. 

Refunds

We Might Be Tiny only issues refunds if a product is defective or damaged. 

 

Changed your mind?

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange a product because you've changed your mind, that's ok! We will offer a credit note for the purchase price of the goods. We do not offer refunds on change of mind.

Items must be unused, returned in original packaging, and returned within 30 days.

If the product has been used, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless it is faulty.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@wemightbetiny.com.au.

Once your item has been returned to us, you will receive a credit note from our store for the value of the product, minus any discounts or shipping costs.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please email us immediately at hello@wemightbetiny.com.au

We can only process your cancellation if the order hasn't shipped, minus any transaction fees that we've incurred (for e.g. Afterpay or PayPal). 

Please note: we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order as we  typically process orders next day at 7am AEST. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
