Freaky Frosties - The Spook-tacular Healthy Halloween Popsicles
Here in the Southern Hemisphere, Halloween tends to be a sunny affair.
It’s the middle of Spring and our small humans can’t wait for summer to roll around.
That’s why frozen popsicles have a firm part in our We Might Be Tiny HQ Halloween festivities. We’ve experimented with countless flavour combos and have somehow settled on this one as one of our go-to winners
Of course, this recipe scratches only the iceberg of flavour combos you can delight your Halloween-lovers with.

Set up a decorating station and add your favourite edible bits and bobs that will give your scary frozen treats every chance to be crowned “Hallow-queen.”

Makes 9 Frosties I Prep 10 minutes I Freeze 2 hours
- 200 g (1 cup) mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 very ripe banana
- 250 ml (1 cup) coconut milk (shake can before opening)
- 500 ml (2 cups) of coconut water
Add all ingredients to a high-speed food processor and blitz until smooth.
Add any additional fruit if required. Pour into Frosties moulds and insert pop sticks.
Place in freezer for a minimum of two hours.
Remove from moulds and get creative with your favourite toppings to conjure up your freakiest Frosties.
