  • half a small brown onion, finely diced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 140 g (1 cup) sausages, cooked and diced, ā€‹equates to 2 medium sausages
  • 10 g (Ā½Ā cup) spinach, roughly chopped
  • 50 g ( Ā½ cup) cheese, grated (plus extra for topping)
  • Ā½ tsp paprika
  • Ā½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 eggs, whisked
  • 60 ml (Ā¼Ā cup) milk


  1. Preheat the oven to 180Ā° C.
