75g sushi rice
-
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
-
1 tsp sugar
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
2 nori sheets
-
1 tin tuna

1 avocado, sliced

1 egg

- Cut out a smaller square from your nori sheet and place it on top of the rice.
- Dab a bit of water on each of the nori corners and then fold up to form a parcel.
- Grab some cling film and wrap it up into a tight package.
