Returns & Refunds
When you receive your items please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.
If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.
The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.
If you do receive a faulty item, please send an email with a clear photograph to email@example.com
Changed your mind?
If you wish to exchange a product because you've changed your mind, that's ok! We will offer a credit note for the purchase price of the goods, provided they were purchased at full price. Sale, clearance or free gift items are final and may not be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit unless faulty.
Items must be unused, returned in original packaging, and returned within 28 days.
If the product has been used, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless it is faulty.
Once your item has been returned to us, you will receive a credit note from our store for the value of the product, minus any discounts or shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We can only provide a credit note if the item hasn't been shipped, minus any transaction fees that we've incurred (for e.g. Afterpay or PayPal).
