There’s no Better Winter Warmer than a Hearty Beef Goulash – Especially when it’s Baby-Friendly
Cold winter days are the perfect time to experiment with stews and casseroles.
And one of our all-time favourites must be the trusty Beef Goulash.
In this baby-friendly adaptation, we’re sticking with the proven staple ingredients like carrots and potatoes, but we’ve loaded it up with the extra superpowers of pumpkin and sweet potato.
It boosts this baby-friendly beef recipe with an extra dose of vitamins and gives it a rich texture that melts on your tongue.
All up this Beef Goulash takes just under 3 hours, but it’s worth every minute.
Our efficiency tip:
Cook a bigger batch and freeze what’s leftover for later. It’s a clever way to maximise the time and effort that goes into a hearty slow-cooked meal like this.
