Here's a clever way to add new flavours into your child's food palette with a smooth cream cheese that is sure to please! This yummy salmon cream cheese can be enjoyed inside star-shaped bread or as the perfect dip alongside crackers or veggie sticks.
Makes 250 ml (1 cup) | Prep 10 minutes
- 250 g (1 block) cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) lemon juice
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) water
- 100 g (1 packet) smoked salmon
- 12 g (1/4 cup) chives
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the garlic, lemon juice, and water.
Add the salmon and the chives and, with the help of a spoon, mix for 1 minute or until everything is well combined.
Serve inside star shaped bread or with crackers and crudités.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
