A simple recipe for nut-free chocolate truffles that even the worst cook in the kitchen couldn't get wrong! So healthy, yet so delicious.
Use a food processor to combine:
- 10 medjool dates
- 1/3 cup cacoa powder
- ¼ cup of coconut flour
- ¼ cup of pure maple syrup.
Process until a dough ball forms. If it’s too dry, add a little more maple syrup. Form into balls (wet hands to make it easier).
Roll in extra coconut flour and cocoa powder.
Makes 18-22 truffles.
