Makes 45 mini or 24 large scones | Prep 25 to 30 minutes
Making these delicious Raspberry and Dark Choc Scones is easier than you might think. With just a handful of ingredients and a trusty air fryer, you can have warm, freshly baked scones in no time. So let's get started on making this tasty recipe.
- 400 g (3 ½ cups) self-raising flour
- 20 g butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 ml (½ cup) Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 125 ml (½ cup) milk
- 60 g (½ cup) frozen raspberries
- 45 g (⅓ cup) dark chocolate chips
Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the basket of the air fryer, making evenly spread small holes to allow air flow. Set aside.
Add flour, butter, egg, vanilla, yoghurt, and milk into a high-speed food processor and blitz until a crumbly consistency is achieved.
Add raspberries and chocolate chips and mix in by hand.
