What makes these items 'perfectly imperfect'?
Every piece in our Online Warehouse Sale is perfectly functioning tableware that might have tiny tattered packaging. Rather than sending it to landfill, we are making it available to you and you can get yourself a huge bargain! Win win!
Can I shop items that aren't part of the sale?
No. All items in our Online Warehouse Sale are located in Melbourne, in a different warehouse to our non-sale items (in Sydney). To avoid extra shipping charges we are limiting dispatch to our Melbourne warehouse only.
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. There is strictly no returns or exchanges of items in our Online Warehouse Sale.
When does the Online Warehouse Sale end?
The sale will end at midnight AEDT on Sunday 7 July 2024 - or until stock runs out.
How is this sale different to your EOFY Sale?
This Online Warehouse Sale is to clear old stock from our Melbourne warehouse (our main operations run out of Sydney). Think of it as a real warehouse sale, but we're running it online!
