Chicken & Veggie Rice Paper Snacks | The Easy Rice Paper Rolls Recipe
Wrapping up fresh ingredients in rice paper quite possibly is the healthiest way to get those nutrients into you.
So today we’re sharing our easy take on rice paper rolls with you so you can make it a snacktime staple in your family.
They’re super easy to make and give you endless opportunities to create new flavour combinations that please everyone in your household. Yes, even the tiniest of humans!
In this version we’re sharing our favourite chicken & veggie version that’s become a favourite at We Might Be Tiny HQ over recent months. It combines the freshness of leafy greens, chicken breast, avocado and a bunch of grated veggies.
But you can also go all veggie if that’s what you prefer.
We serve them in our silicone Stickie Bowl so we can do more enjoying and less stressing. Because just like all other We Might Be Tiny Products, Stickie Bowls are oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. That means we simply let our dishwasher take over when we’re done! #genius
